On July 27, the mentors and mentees of the RICBW Mentoring 20/40 pilot program gathered to celebrate the many successful and binding relationships developed during the last six months.

RICBW celebrated the Holiday season on December 10 with entrepreneur and owner B.J. Murray at the newly acquired Brooklyn Coffee Tea & Guest House in Providence.

RICBW held its first Summertime Social on August 23, 2018 with over 40 women in attendance. The purpose of the event was to introduce RI Coalition of Black Women, its current programs and agenda, promote membership, and provide a forum for networking among Black women from a variety of backgrounds.
